 

#  Graduate students recognized for excellence in teaching.

Three doctoral students in the philosophy department have been recognized for their outstanding teaching during the Spring of 2014. Javier Caride, Céline Leboeuf, and Paul Marcucilli were all awarded the Derek Bok Certificate of Excellence and Distinction in Teaching from the Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard University.

Javier Caride received the award for his work on Philosophy 15: Moral Dilemmas, while Céline Leboeuf earned hers for her Philosophy 97 tutorial on Aristotle's *Nicomachean Ethics*. Paul Marcucilli's award was given in recognition for his work on Culture and Belief 31: Saints, Heretics, and Atheists: An Historical Introduction to the Philosophy of Religion.
