Research Interests: causality in computing, specifically in big data and machine learning applications; human-centric co-realization of technologies; responsible innovation; computing and society; computer-based and computer-aided research methods.

Purpose of Harvard Visit: to work with Prof Edward `Ned’ Hall and others on ways to investigate how ordinary society members reason about causality in computing; to contrast this with how professionals in computer science and the social sciences reason about causality.
