Thesis: What is owed by states for past, enduring, and ongoing injustice? Making a Reparative/Restorative Justice argument using Rawls' Distributive Justice view and Backward-looking reparative justice to mitigate the material effects of historical injustice and to repair the moral relationship between harmed parties and the state.
