Research Interests: Ethics, Moral psychology, Feminist philosophy, Philosophy of education
My primary interests lie at the intersection of ethics and epistemology. At present, I am particularly fascinated by how individuals and communities develop their value systems. I am curious what this has to do with emotions, self-knowledge, imagination, and moral responsibility.
When considering philosophical questions, I seek to employ an interdisciplinary methodology that places philosophy in conversation with empirical data and lived experience. In addition, I am committed to exploring the diverse ways in which philosophical concepts can be refined and taught––for example, through literature, games, and cultural traditions.
